Last Sunday, we were invited to the most amazing party. Misa-chan has this friend and this friend has a huge group of eclectic friends. Almost no one knew each other, but that didn't stop anyone from having a great time. Drinks and BBQ on a Sunday afternoon, what could go wrong??
Well, something went a little wrong. Rain. It started to rain.
And then it really started to rain.
Luckily our host only lived a block away. Everyone grabbed whatever sake they could get their hands on and made a mad dash in the torrential downpour to our host/artist's little apartment.
Juan and I had a fantastic time! The coolest thing about all of these people was that they were ... COOL. Artists, photographers, sales people, a diamond seller, hippies... just a crazy variety of people. It was a very cool party. I don't really know how we ended up at this crazy party, but we definitely thank Misa for bringing us.
